Flipping Masterpiece

This is a flip project that was a complete cleanout. The seller left the house a mess and we came in, cleaned it out, removed some walls to open up the flow, Installed hardwood floors, added a tile shower. Added heated floors in both bathrooms. We did an interior and exterior french drain to eliminate water in the basement. Demo a 3 season porch and added a slider and paver patio with granite steps. New Kitchen cabinets, tile backsplash, new electrical panel.
